YOGANANDA
Be Happy Why Worry To HIM We Shall Return
U are “Healthy” but Poor  Don’t Worry Health is Wealth
If U are “sick” Either Get cured or DIE
Why Worry Be happy, Either go to Heaven / Hell
Be happy  even in hell friends are there.
Because  died as mineral and became a plant,
Died as PLANT, rose as ANIMAL,
Died as ANIMAL, born as MAN, why should I fear?
When was I less by dying?
When I die as MAN to shore as ANGEL
Even from Angelhood I must die, because
“All except GOD doth perish”. Oh! let me not exist.
“TO HIM WE SHALL RETURN".

"The World exist as long as the Mind exists".
                         Sri Ramana Maharishi..
BIOGRAPHY of MAHARISHI

The world is there as long as the mind is there.
The mind is nothing but a sequence of thoughts, one after another. The source of these thoughts is the basic I notion of the EGO which is the primary expression of the  SELF. The EGO's Experiences of the world come in the form of Sukha or Dhukka in mind. When you trace out where the I comes from, you just sink in the     "Pure Consciousness " . This is "self realisation" or  "Athma Jnaana"

MEDITATE
Meditation is not a state of concentration; it is not a state of mind at all. It is a state of total mindlessness -- and not a state of sleep either. No mind, no sleep; no mind, but total awareness. Mind never stays or remains in present it will think of past or future, because to be in the present means DEATH of the MIND, its known as MEDITATION or living in AWARENESS.

MIND IS LIKE AN OCEAN ONLY THE UPPER LAYER IS TURBULENT BUT THE INNER LAYER IS SILENT. GO DEEP.

LIFE IS A RIVER RUNNING TOWARDS THE OCEAN
WHATEVER MAY COME ON ITS WAY  IT NEVER STOPS.
Life is nothing but a wheel, all ways keep running as long as potential energy is there. Wheel is all ways round, no beginning or no end, You can only keep an EYE "Big I" on wheel of Time Kalachakram, you can't stop, It is a river going towards the sea.
